McMullen Realty Services is a family-owned business that was started by Keith McMullen on October 1, 1979. The company's main focus, at that time, was real estate brokerage. and has remained a local business in the community since that time. McMullen Realty Services has grown into the ONLY woman-owned, full-service combination office in Delaware county.
Owner
McMullen Realty Services is now in its third family generation, currently owned and managed by Kim McMullen. Kim started as an apprentice in 1992, received her appraisal license in 1994, became certified in appraisal and licensed in real estate in 1996, and finally began ownership of the family business in 2000. Kim works closely with her mother Anne McMullen. Anne is a Property Manager, a Realtor, and the Owner of McM Insurance Agency, Inc., a full service property and casualty insurance agency, also started by Keith McMullen in 1981. Anne and Kim are Licensed Realtors in the State of Ohio and members of the Delaware Chamber of Commerce, Delaware and Columbus Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.
Staff
The wonderful staff at McMullen Realty Services includes Jennifer Rose, a State Certified Appraiser and office support staff as well as a member of Emergency Plumbing Service, a McM Partner. Nikki Hoffman is our Office Manager, and does a brilliant juggling act every day in keeping us all organized, the clients happy, and our office running smoothly. Kim and Jennifer are State Certified, FHA approved appraisers as well as approved through Delaware, Franklin, and Marion County Probate and Court Services for appraisals. |
